AUBAY

AUBAY is a European group comprising companies providing solutions and services that focus on the areas of business consultancy and information & communication technology, quoted in the second market of the Paris Stock Exchange. In 2011, the turnover was of 185 million Euros and the number of staff was 2700, of which 750 in Italy. The organisation has 12 branches in Europe. (www.aubay.com). In Italy, the group is present with Aubay Research & Technologies (parent company), a firm offering IT services and solutions, employing professionals with extensive experience in IT consulting and system integration areas, present in Italy since 1997 with the aim of developing the Italian network.


Italian Stock Exchange

The Italian Stock Exchange was born from the privatisation of the stock markets and from 1998 it deals with the organisation, management and functioning of financial markets. Starting from 1st October 2007, the integration between the Italian and the London Stock Exchange Groups became effective, giving birth to the European market leader in equity trading, ETF, covered warrant and certificate trading, as well as in fixed-interest security instruments. The main aim of the Italian Stock Exchange is to develop markets and maximise liquidity, transparency, competitiveness and efficiency.


Cedacri

Cedacri S.p.A. The most important Italian company specialising in IT outsourcing services for the banking sector. With more than 740 staff, Cedacri has more than 100 clients, amongst banks, financial institutions, industrial firms and service companies. The company has the following certifications: ISO 9001: 2008, ISO/IEC 27001: 2014, ISO/IEC 20000-1: 2011 and ISAE 3402 Type Two and is compliant with international PCI-DSS standards (Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standard). Cedacri S.p.A. Conversate

Conversate is an Artificial Intelligence company born in London in 2016. Conversate has built the best of the breed enterprise Natural Language Understanding platform for chabots and conversational interfaces. Among its unique features: the proprietary Artificial Intelligence engine, understanding of Italian language on par with English language understanding, compliance with EU privacy laws, cloud and on premise offerings. NTT DATA

On 3 March 2003, 3 Italy started its adventure in the world of mobile TLC, and was the first company in the world to launch 3G mobile communication services with UMTS technology. Today “3” offers a vast range of communication, internet and mobile TV services to 9.5 million clients. Vodafone

Vodafone Group Plc is one of the major mobile communication groups in the world, present in 30 countries and with Network Partnership agreements in a further 40 countries. The Group’s subsidiaries operate with the “Vodafone” brand. In the United States, the Group’s subsidiary operates with the Verizon Wireless brand.
